External Advisory Board

The External Advisory Group will support support FIORD through their knowledge and content. The Board is composed of worldwide experts experienced in financial institutions, financial services, governance and risk and ontology technology . These external advisors will help us during the process of developing the consortium's’ knowledge base and will advise on project issues that need external attention and will advise on areas that we may not have foreseen in terms of importance. They will use their significant expertise and public channels to assist in the dissemination of the FIORD. The Board includes the following persons:

He is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA).

He is co-author of  Risk Management (McGraw-Hill), published in October 2000 as well as a co –author of The Essentials of Risk Management (McGraw Hill) published in December 2005.

Recognized expert in Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), President of Open Compliance & Ethics Group (OCEG)Experience of governance, risk and compliance in multiple industries. Proposer of previous semantic initiatives in OCEG. She directed development of the OCEG Framework, including the open source OCEG Red Book GRC Capability Model, of which she is a principal author, and the accompanying GRC Assessment Tools (known as the Burgundy Book).
